The Challenge

Impact Home Health is a Kansas-based home healthcare provider serving seniors and individuals with disabilities through a growing team of caregivers.

They needed a scalable onboarding and compliance training program that would deliver consistent instruction in both English and Spanish, while keeping caregivers engaged through interactive learning experiences.

What We Built

A bilingual training library of courses in English and Spanish.

The courses covered essential topics like:

• Caregiver Training

• Safe Transportation

• HIPAA

We combined videos, interactive moments and test activities.
