How much does it cost?
Pricing has two parts:
- Course creation (one-time). We design and build your course: structure, lessons, practice, rubric and branding. The price depends on the size of the course and how much material you already have.
- Learner seats. Every learner gets their own AI tutor, with personal examples, practice and feedback, all generated live for them. That's why this part is priced per learner: you only pay for the people who take the course.
Want a quote?
What if I want to stop paying per learner?
You keep your course. At any point you can switch to the offline version: a SCORM file with all your content, videos and quizzes that lives in your LMS forever, with no subscription needed. It doesn't include the AI features because those need the AI running live.
What if I already have a course on another platform?
That's a head start! We take your existing course (videos, slides, documents, quizzes), restructure it and rebuild it with personalised practice and a clear rubric. Then you plug it into the platform you use, through SCORM or our API, or deliver it with personal access links.
Can I build the course myself with your builder?
Not at the moment. Our instructional designers build every course for you: they design the structure, write the lessons, create the practice and set the rubric. You review and approve everything before it goes live. You bring the expertise; we turn it into training.
I have an idea for an exercise, but I'm not sure you can build it.
No problem. Tell us your vision for the course or the kind of block you have in mind, and we'll work out how to make it happen.
What if I don't have any material?
No problem. We can build the course from your expertise alone, through a few conversations with you, your team or your subject-matter experts.
Do learners need to create an account or install anything?
No. They either open the course inside your LMS or click their personal link.
Can the course be updated after it's live?
Yes. Content can be updated at any time. For courses running live in your LMS, the changes reach your learners automatically, with no new file to upload.
Can the AI get things wrong or teach something we didn't approve?
The AI doesn't decide what's taught. It's instructed to work only from the course content and the rubric you approved, so its examples, practice and feedback stay within your material. It changes how a concept is explained to each learner, never what the concept is or the standard they have to meet. You review every lesson and rubric before it goes live.
What happens to our learners' data?
We only collect what the course needs to personalise the experience: an email or the ID from your platform, the learner's answers about their role and context, their course responses and their progress. It's used to run the course and produce your progress reports, and for nothing else. Personal details and context answers are stored encrypted. You can ask us to export or delete your learners' data at any time.
