The Challenge
Built in the Shadows set out to launch a premium online training platform giving athletes direct access to elite strength, speed, and conditioning coaches. Starting from zero, they needed a fully operational Kajabi ecosystem that could support multiple sports programs.
What We Built
We designed and developed their Kajabi platform, creating 3 fully customizable course templates with branded dashboards, strategic copy, and curriculum structures tailored to different sports academies.
To support long-term scalability, we also delivered a detailed SOP explaining how to manage the platform, edit templates, and upload future programs.
