The cohort focused on helping professionals build a more intentional way of operating at work.
They needed cohesive learning materials, clear frameworks learners could reference long after the sessions ended, and a seamless digital environment to host the program.
What We Built
A fully integrated Cohort learning program in Kajabi. Supported by designed resources.
Instead of focusing on quick productivity tips or general career advice, it focused on how professionals actually show up day to day - how they handle responsibility, communicate under pressure, make decisions, deal with uncertainty, and build credibility.
